01What we collect

When you buy a ticket or reserve a table: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the items you ordered and the amount paid.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.

When you use the site: a small amount of technical data (such as your language preference and consent choice) stored in cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect your full card details. Payments are processed by our ticketing partner Fienta; your card information is handled by them and their payment providers, not by us.

02Why we use it

  • To fulfil your order — issue tickets, send your QR codes, and admit you at the door.
  • To contact you about your purchase or a change to an event.
  • To send you news about upcoming AFTER events, if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run, secure and improve after.ee, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

03Legal basis

We process order data to perform our contract with you, newsletter data on the basis of your consent, and certain data to meet legal obligations (such as accounting) or our legitimate interest in running and protecting the platform.

04Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run AFTER: our ticketing and payment partner Fienta, our email and hosting providers, and, where required, the authorities. Our guest list is never sold or rented.

Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

05How long we keep it

We keep order and guest data for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal (e.g. accounting) requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email info@after.ee. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
